Featuring an array of 36 super bright LED lights, the SL-20LXi effectively illuminates a scene from up to 15-25 feet (4.6 - 7.6 meters) away. When additional power is needed, this light can be interlocked with other SL-20X units for an extra boost of brightness. This unit also features a built-in diffuser to create soft, uniform light, and because LED bulbs are used, it produces virtually no heat and is safe to the touch.
In addition, the SL-20LXi can be quickly recharged with the provided AC adapter (an indicator light tells when it's ready), and the powerful lithium-ion battery boasts an average life of 50,000 hours. Plus, the included set of four international adapters allows the unit to be charged even when overseas. Finally, a handy bracket is included to give the user the option to adjust the position of the light, or to attach the light to cameras that don't have an accessory shoe. The bracket also features a tripod mount for steady shooting.
